I am a contemporary mosaic artist. I am applying ancient mosaic techniques into modern Art pieces or furniture. Sense of humour and fairy tales are welcomed in my works. Through slow mediative hand-made process my works are contributed to Tactile Art. All my art is touchable objects.

As a child I was collecting pebbles and stones. In digital world I miss the real Touch of materials. After working for Walt Disney as a Senior Designer in virtual worlds I welcome tactile structures that I can feel through my fingers:ceramic tiles, glossy transparent glass, vintage porcelain plates, shiny smalti, warm shabby marble. These artefacts captured in objects give me the pleasant feeling of slow life in dynamic world.

Our life spins endless circles. Digital becomes obsolete and tactile becomes modern. This way Past can make Future. And ancient mosaic techniques can set up new trends. My personal motto is "from digital to touchable". I welcome naturalisation of video games and pixel art into real world. I’d like to freeze a moment with a magic wand and tile them with mosaic. In my works I share my love for structures, recycling, weirdness, non-conformism and positive mood.
